House Rules
Four things we ask of you
This is one room in a residential building, and nobody is on site. If neighbours complain, we lose the right to operate — so these four matter.
- Take your rubbish with you. Please don't leave it in the room or in shared areas.
- Put the table and chairs back to the meeting layout before you leave. A quick tidy is enough.
- No smoking anywhere — the room, the hallway, or the entrance.
- Keep to your booking times. Arriving more than five minutes early, or leaving late, collides with the guests before and after you.
If something breaks or gets stained, please tell us. Nobody will be told off — leaving without saying anything is what causes trouble for the next guest.

FAQ
Questions
Can I stay overnight?
No. This is not a lodging facility, and sleeping here is not permitted under Japanese law. You are welcome to book any 24-hour period, but the space cannot be used for overnight accommodation.
Can I leave luggage without renting the room?
No. Luggage space comes with renting the room. If you only need to store one or two bags, a coin locker will be cheaper — we would rather tell you that than have you overpay.
Is anyone there to let me in?
The space is unstaffed. Entry is through a key box on the door handle, and the code is sent to you before your booking begins. Instructions are in English. You can email us at any time during your stay.
How do I pay?
By credit card. Once your dates are confirmed, we send you a secure Stripe payment link by email. Internationally issued cards are accepted. Payment is completed before your booking starts, so there is nothing to settle on arrival — which matters here, since the space is unstaffed.
Can I bring food and drinks?
Yes, including alcohol. There is a refrigerator, a freezer and a sink. Please avoid strongly scented food such as hot pot or grilled meat.
How many suitcases fit?
The room is 15.4m² and yours alone, so six large suitcases fit comfortably alongside six people. There is no per-bag charge.
